We now require Restaurant and Bar Assistants to join the team, who will offer our guests and customers a friendly and professional food and beverage service. Full time, part time, casual and seasonal roles available. Full training and uniform provided. Hourly rate - up to £13.21 per hour + tips.

Applications are invited for the role Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter in Caffi Siop Fawr Portmeirion, High Street, Porthmadog. Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, any 5 days out of 7.
Duties include:
Assist chefs in food prep work
Loading / unloading dishwasher and washing saucepans
To carry out the cleaning of work areas, stoves, walls, floors, equipment as and when required
To ensure that all crockery and cutlery are spotlessly cleaned, and any breakages are discarded in a safe manner. Pay: up to £12.71 per hour.
Positions available in the Housekeeping department at the Hotel Portmeirion. Hours 9.30am to 3.30pm, any 5 days out of 7. Part time also available. These are seasonal positions initially until the end of October 2026, subject to review before the end of the season. Hourly rate – up to £12.71 per hour + generous tips.
Applications are invited for the position of Receptionist at The Hotel Portmeirion and Castell Deudraeth Front Desks. This is a full-time position (40 hours a week) however, consideration will also be given to applications for part-time hours from candidates able to work full shifts. The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh and English and work flexible hours (to include evenings and weekends) is essential for this position. Hourly rate - up to £12.71 per hour + tips.
