We now require Restaurant and Bar Assistants to join the team, who will offer our guests and customers a friendly and professional food and beverage service. Full time, part time, casual and seasonal roles available. Full training and uniform provided. Hourly rate - up to £13.21 per hour + tips.

Seasonal Cafe Assistants required to assist in Caffi Glas and the Town Hall in Portmeirion Village. Cafe opening hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. Part-time positions also available. Hourly rate - up to £12.71 per hour.
Duties to include: Take food orders, deliver food to tables, clear tables and wash dishes, accept payments.
We now require a Porter to assist with all activities related to but not restricted to, handling of guest luggage, running errands and delivery of items throughout the village. This is a full-time position, any 5 days out of 7. Excellent customer care skills are essential for this role along with bilingual Welsh/English language skills.
For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a full, clean drivers licence, and a minimum of two years' driving experience as we provide both guest transport and a delivery service to colleagues in other departments. Salary: up to £12.71 per hour + tips.
We now require a Reservations Assistant to join the team taking bookings for the Hotel Portmeirion, Castell Deudraeth and village accommodation.
Duties include:
Answering booking enquiries online, by email, or over the phone and process bookings for all our village and hotel accommodation accordingly.
Deal directly with customer queries, questions, and general comment on feedback regarding online reservations, rates, availability, etc.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, any 5 days out of 7.
Hours of work: 9:00am - 17:00pm during winter and either 8:00am -16:00pm or 12:00pm - 20:00pm during the summer season, which will be allocated on a rota basis.
Hourly rate: up to £12.71 per hour + generous tips.
Applicants must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing in both English and Welsh.
The Food Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that our restaurants, suppliers, and products consistently meet required standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will be at the heart of ensuring robust standards are upheld, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This is a position where your expertise will directly influence product integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site. From food safety to allergen management, this is a hands-on role at the heart of the business.
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar role within the food and drink industry
HACCP (Level 3) and Food Safety training
Level 4 or 3 Food Safety or equivalent (essential)
Solid understanding of allergen management, HACCP, food safety legislation and food standards.
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
A driving license is required for this role.
Bilingual Welsh/English skills (essential)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, verify, and validate food safety controls across supply chain and production.
Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, standards, and internal policies.
Deliver training on food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Develop, monitor and maintain an effective HACCP system & define food safety hazards and hygiene risks as well as how to prevent them, and how food law applies to all outlets.
Maintain accurate records, product specifications, and reporting systems.
Review and approve supplier documentation and maintain accurate certification records.
Keep supplier records organised and audit-ready at all times.Allergen & Nutritional AccuracyEnsure all product specifications are accurate and filed/stored correctly.
Keep guest-facing online ingredient lists, allergen date, and nutritional information accurate and up to date.
Take the lead on food poisoning allegations, ensuring they are handled professionally, thoroughly, and in line with legal and company requirements.
Ensure compliance with EHO 'Scores on the Doors' requirements.
