We now require Restaurant and Bar Assistants to join the team, who will offer our guests and customers a friendly and professional food and beverage service. Full time, part time, casual and seasonal roles available. Full training and uniform provided. Hourly rate - up to £12.21 per hour, increasing up to £13.21 from 1st April 2026.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
We now require a Head Porter to manage our Porters department and to provide an excellent level of customer service and support for our guests. Must be a driven individual who is fully bilingual in Welsh and English, computer literate and has prior experience of working in the hospitality industry, including managing small teams. For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a full, clean drivers licence, and a minimum of two years' driving experience as we provide both guest transport and a delivery service to colleagues in other departments.
The successful applicant would also have responsibility for the upkeep of the departments’ vehicles, managing the Porters section and some site security duties. Good organisational and management skills are essential for this post together with the ability to work any 5 days out of 7 and occasional night shifts. Hourly rate: £14:00 per hour.
Positions available in the Housekeeping department at the Hotel Portmeirion. Hours 9.30am to 3.30pm, any 5 days out of 7. Part time also available. These are seasonal positions initially until the end of October 2026, subject to review before the end of the season. Portmeirion Shops require Retail and Café Assistants, to work in any of our shops and cafes in Portmeirion Village or Porthmadog. Full time, part time and seasonal roles available. Hours of work between 9:30am – 5:30pm, any 5 days out of 7. Full training will be provided, however fluency in both Welsh and English is essential. Salary: up to £12.21 per hour.
Seasonal Cafe Assistants required to assist in Caffi Glas and the Town Hall in Portmeirion Village. Cafe opening hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. Part-time positions also available. Hourly rate - up to £12.21 per hour.
Duties to include: Take food orders, deliver food to tables, clear tables and wash dishes, accept payments.
We now require a Porter to assist with all activities related to but not restricted to, handling of guest luggage, running errands and delivery of items throughout the village. This is a full-time position, any 5 days out of 7. Excellent customer care skills are essential for this role along with bilingual Welsh/English language skills.
