Essential Information for your visit to Portmeirion
Planning a visit to Portmeirion Village in North Wales? You'll find all the essential information you'll need ahead of your visit here. And if you can't find what you're looking for, just email our Welcome Centre on email@example.com
To ensure compliance with regulations to control COVID-19, we have implemented essential measures to keep our visitors and staff safe. We have had to close several enclosed facilities that cannot accommodate social distancing requirements including the Dome, Audio-Visual, Woodland Train, Welcome Centre, Pot Jam shop (stock relocated to Shop No. 6), Golden Dragon books (stock relocated to Ship Shop) and Caffi Glas (wood fired pizzas now available from the Town Hall Cafe).
Portmeirion takes the health and well-being of our guests and employees extremely seriously and follows all guidelines from the World Health Organisation (WHO), UK Government, Welsh Government and Public Health Wales.
For any table service at The Hotel Terrace, Sunday Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Castell Deudraeth we do need to take track and trace details (name, contact number, time and date).
For more details of our Covid-19 Satety Measures please follow the link or select the button above.
There is free parking at Portmeirion including a dedicated disabled car park area close to the entrance.
We do not currently sell tickets online as the village and its surrounding 70 acres of woodland has sufficient capacity for all who wish to visit and there is no need to book tickets in advance.
