Our Group rates are available to parties of 12 or more, travelling together in a singular vehicle.

Groups must have pre-booked through our welcome centre, [email protected] or 01766 772 409 and payment must be a singular payment for all to qualify for this offer.

We do welcome Art and photography groups / vintage car and bike clubs / school / college / university groups etc and are happy to discuss packages with you.

Portmeirion Village welcomes groups all year round *Please note closure dates* for day visits, lunches and overnight stays, please contact us for further details.

Coach arrival and parking

Coach parking is situated next to the main entrance in a gated area, access is only available for prebooked coaches.

Complimentary entry.

We offer FREE ENTRY to the driver and tour leader and a COMPLIMENTARY REFRESHMENT voucher to the driver. The Refreshment voucher is available from the Welcome Centre.

Accessibility.

Due to the nature of the area, please note that there are uneven footpaths and terrain, and areas without handrails around the village and we urge all visitors to take care when navigating these areas.

Visitors should always be aware of their surroundings.

Visitors can bring their own Motability scooters to use, or we do have manual wheelchairs which may be borrowed during the visit, from the toll booth, if a suitable person is assisting.

**Please note that we are no longer able to offer assistance in transferring day guests from one destination to another. All day guests should be able to return to the coach independently, please do not offer this service**

Visit duration.

We recommend a minimum of between 2-3 hours visit, so that all visitors may see a large percentage of the village and woodlands.

Please contact us if you would like to tailor your visit with a private tour, afternoon tea or a meal. We will be happy to assist you make your group visit extra special.
