Mermaid spa treatment rooms offer Spa rituals and treatments in a relaxing setting. Please note, we do not have on site thermal facilities. Non-residential / day spa guests are offered complimentary admission with every spa treatment, as only residential guests have use of our outdoor heated pool during their stay.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first treatment. This will allow time for us to complete a consultation with you. For subsequent appointments, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment.
To avoid inconvenience to all of our guests, late arrival for your appointment will constitute a reduced treatment time.
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation, after which 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.
If you are suffering from any medical condition, we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. If you are unsure about whether a medical condition could prevent you from having a treatment or you are currently taking prescribed medication, have an allergy or are pregnant, please call in advance to discuss suitable treatment options.
To protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients, treatment will be refused to any client who is visibly ill. In the event of illness, please cancel your booking within the 24 hour cancellation policy outlined as above.
Treatments are conducted subject to completion of a satisfactory health consultation.
You may wish to wear your own underwear, or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Our therapists will always use strategically placed towels to respect your privacy.
We do not offer treatments for guests under the age of 18.
Our aim is to provide a peaceful environment therefore we politely request that mobile phones are turned off for the duration of your visit.
Please ensure that you take all belongings with you before leaving the spa as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. If any property is lost and found in the spa it will be handed to housekeeping in line with hotel lost property policy.
