Our range of treatments
The Mermaid Spa at Portmeirion is your space to relax and restore body, mind and spirit. We welcome hotel guests and day guests alike. We offer a range of well-being treatments for both men and women, including massage, facial, scrub and wrap, and quick luxuries.
We exclusively use Tropic Skincare Products. These are all natural, vegan and cruelty-free. Tropic Skincare Products are also available for purchase from The Mermaid Spa. Our beauty therapies also feature pre-blend oils individually tailored to the needs of our clients.

As a courtesy to our other guests and therapists, we require all spa guests to adhere to the following cancellation policy: We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, after which 100% of the treatment price will be charged. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.
The minimum age for Children's Treat is 7 yrs+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
