Your online ticket is valid for your chosen day only.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled, unused or incorrectly purchased tickets.
Please make sure to have good internet signal before beginning your purchase online.

Please select your date (only highlighted green boxes are available to select), your arrival time slot - 9.30am - 11.30am/11.30am - 2pm/2pm-5pm. (Portmeirion gates close at 6.30pm, during our main season & 5.30pm during our out of season.)
Please note that you may stay as long as you wish, up to closure, however please keep to your allocated time of arrival.
Once you have made your ticket purchase online, a reference number will be displayed on the screen, please make a note of this in case your email confirmation gets lost - this is your entrance ticket. Please also check your junk inbox for your confirmation email.
On arrival at the Portmeirion toll booth, please show your barcode or give your reference number to the toll staff. This will then be exchanged for your tickets.
Please note pets are not allowed within the Portmeirion grounds, this includes Castell Deudraeth. For more details please see our FAQ's or Dog Policy
Assistance dogs | guide dogs are permitted, we kindly ask that they wear a coat/lead or collar identifying them as an assistance dog.

If you are in receipt of a Blue Badge, PIP or DLA, we offer a discounted ticket for your entry.
Please bring proof with you of your entitlement. A clear photo of the front and rear of your valid blue badge (please display badge in car) or a copy of your valid PIP or DLA letter will be accepted. (Please note we will not accept bank statements etc as proof)
Please note that without valid proof - full price will be charged at the toll gate.
A discounted ticket, is available if you require a carer to assist you, this ticket is only valid for one person accompanied with a owner of a blue badge, PIP or DLA letter.
Our Food & Craft fair will be held on the first weekend in December - 6th, 7th & 8th of December 2024.
Tickets are not available in advance; they will be available on the day only at one of our 3 tollbooths. We accept cash or card.
During the following dates - 25th November to the 15th December 2024, views may be affected due to the food and craft fair set up.
Portmeirion village will be closed to day visitors on the 25th & 26th December 2024.

Portmeirion Village will be closed to all day and residential guests from
Sunday the 12th of January at 5.30pm until Monday the 3rd of February 2025 at 9.30am.

Local membership
(The person must attend themselves, they must be residing full time in one of the following postcode areas - LL48 6HF/6HP/6HW/6HS/6HN/6HG/6EE/6HL/6ED/6EL/6EF/6EG/6HU/6HY/6EN/6EP/6EW/6HD/6HR.)
The following forms of proof must be produced on purchase and renewal - Photographic document - Driving licence/passport/travel pass and a current letter from a utility company/council tax/DWP or equivalent.
Both must display the persons full name and at least one should display the qualifying address.
Please note that a local membership will not be issued without this documentation.

If you have reserved a table for our 3 course lunch, at Castell Deudraeth please note that free entry is for after lunch only, if you wish to visit prior to lunch a ticket must be purchased.
If you have reserved a table for Afternoon Cream Tea at The Hotel Portmeirion or a treatment at our Spa you are not required to purchase an entry ticket. Entry is complimentary, with your reservation. please see details below.
Complimentary Afternoon tea entry is from 12pm.
Complimentary, Hotel lunch is from 9.30am.
Complimentary, Spa entry is available prior to your appointment.
