2 Night Special Spring Break - Mark Threadgill Taster Menu



Mark Threadgill, Portmeirions Executive Head Chef, overcame strong competition from fellow Welsh contestants, Georgia Summerin, Tom Westerland and Simmie Vedi to become overall winner for Wales in the Great British Menu challenge, chosen by a judging panel led by renowned Michelin chef Tom Kerridge.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Marks success and to enjoy his specially devised tasting menu which highlights some of the flavours showcased on the Great British Menu.

Join us for a two-night spring break at the very special rate from £299 per night for two people sharing a village double bedroom inclusive of dinner, bed and breakfast including Marks Great British Menu inspired tasting menu on the first night, three course dinner at Castell Deudraeth or the Hotel Portmeirion on the second night, accommodation in a double or twin village room (upgrades available) and full Welsh breakfast both mornings. 

Upgrades are available, on request and dependant on availability. 

 Available from St David's Day, 1st of March until 25th May 2023.

Checking in Sunday to Wednesday only. Minimum 2 night stay.
