Please purchase your tickets in advance. You will be given a reference, please make a note of this in case your email confirmation gets lost - this is your entrance ticket.
Portmeirion Hotel and the Castell is closed until further notice due to current coronavirus restrictions.
Our reservations office is manned from 9am to 5pm daily, however it is often easier to email reservations on [email protected] with any accommodation queries.

If you have gift vouchers expiring before 31 March 2021, we will gladly update these for 12 months from 1st April 2021 if you return the vouchers. You do not need to send the gift box that contained the vouchers as this will increase your postage costs.
