Please see below the Portmeirion Wedding Package for 60 guests or more.

Included in the package,

•             Wedding Reception,

•             Hercules Hall room hire for your Civil Ceremony

•             Drinks Reception of Prosecco and Bottle Beer

•             Selection of 3 canapes Hire of the Hotel Portmeirion Restaurant (until 5:00pm)

•             3 Course Wedding Breakfast and coffee (2pm sit down)

•             Toast Drink of Prosecco for your speeches

•             1/2 a bottle of Wine per person

•             1/2 a bottle of Water per person

•             Dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator

•             Complimentary Bridal Suite for the Bride and Groom on the wedding night

•             Evening Reception at the Hercules Hall

•             Evening buffet

Here is the suggested schedule. 

•             12:00 - 12:30 The Civil Ceremony (or can be earlier)

•             12:30 - 14:00 Photography and Drinks Reception

•             14:00 - 17:00 Wedding Meal (sit down at 2:00pm, Vacate at 5:00pm)

•             17:00 - 00:00 Evening Party at Hercules Hall

•             20:00 - 21:00 Evening Buffet (TBC)

•             00:00 - 00:30 Carriages

Minimum guests 60, price for 60 is £13,500.00 (2025)

Additional guests £225.00 per person.

Additional evening guests £55.00 per person.
