Portmeirion is open for our accommodation guests and to day visitors.
9th June 2021.
Welcome back to the village.
We have complied with Welsh Government Covid-19 guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Risk assessments and staff training have been carried out and temperature checks are carried out on all staff arriving for work. Public spaces have been redesigned to ensure safe socialising, with one-way markers, distance markings, screens between tables and other measures. Anti-viral foggers are in use inside to sanitise public areas. Hand sanitiser stations are available around the village.
Staying with us…
In the hotel and cottages our housekeeping team carries out anti-bacterial point of contact surface wipe in all rooms and fogging sanitisation is also carried out, to eliminate bacteria and viruses.
Our check in time is from 3pm, you are more than welcome to visit the village before this, however we kindly ask that you park in the main car park or blue badge car park until you are allowed to take your vehicle into the village and check in at 3pm.
To enter the village by foot before checking in with us, please follow the queue to the Toll booth and give the member of staff your details. A complimentary ticket will be issued to you, so you may start to explore the grounds.
Visiting us for the day…
Please purchase your tickets online in advance to save any disappointment, make a note of your reference number and produce that at the toll booth once you have queued to get in.
